The calculation also takes into account any changes that may occur in the customer/supplier classification structure.

The liquidation process issues credit notes on the basis of the processed data and the “association” function links an incoming document (invoice, NdC) to the resulting accrual.

The pulverisation divides the final calculated contributions at month/customer/article level. The calculated data can be exported to the company management system by integrating the cost analysis or extracted in an Excel file.
